True that, though a horse might even be more useful in the park--assuming you ever had to give chase which seems unlikely most of the time.

I was there yesterday too.
NOT enforcing the leash laws, that is for sure.
Nobody was doing it, however I found a group of 16
year old girls in bikinis smoking weed. I guess Im
so old now that they hid it rather than offering.
