ah, wish I didn't work on all those days.
Oh well, top so that other people can see!
ok, we don't need hundreds, but maybe 100 or so. If you don't plan on riding in PedalPGH, we could still use your help in a big way. If the price of the BikeFest party is just out of reach for you or you just want to help us out, please consider volunteering. Thanks so much in advance.

rats!
I submitted the form, just let me know.
I'm out of town doing a century the weekend before Pedal PGH so, I can't hang signs and the check box I checked volunteering to ride the Pedal PGH route beforehand + ride it again. That could be a fun 200+mi week I'm sure.
Hanging signs last year was actually a good time. I recommend it to anyone wanting to help with something here.
Just so everyone knows there are Volunteer options starting on July 28th for those with busy weekends.
I still have a couple gaps to fill, sign up for a free Sunday!
Volunteer form not working for me. Says I have to provide three volunteer assignment preferences, but there are only two that meet my time/activity needs. (Can;t be there for the 5 a.m. assignments....)
Sent an email to Scott to see if there is a way to volunteer outside the form.
I had it happen to me too. Does that mean the early times are all full up?
i signed up through that form for some of those a week or two ago, but hadn't heard anything, thought i had screwed it up.
Totally available to help on all 4 of those days too.
I signed up volunteer for tear down after the bikefest party.
If we are planning to ride in pedal-pgh, how would we also volunteer if all the volunteer times are during ride time? I'm hoping to do the metric century, and I expect it will take me from 7am to around 11 depending on what breaks I take.
Brybot, I'm doing the metric century too (and expect that I will take all of forever to complete it), so when I filled out the form with my volunteer preferences, I only selected pre-ride tasks like setup stuff on Saturday.
It also looks like some of the during-the-ride tasks actually might involve riding the course, like some of the marshaling and sweep duties. If I remember the descriptions correctly.
Edit: Oops, I didn't realize the form had been updated. I guess they've gotten all the volunteers they need for the pre- abd post-ride tasks that were listed on the earlier version of the form. So yeah, brybot, I guess the remaining spots have to be filled by people who aren't riding or who are willing to do marshal duty or whatever while riding
Anyone heading down for the 4:45am shift tomorrow from the East End that wants to ride together?
