I couldn't find a map but from her description it sounds like her district includes the Wabash Tunnel. The comment form might be a good place to plug the cycletrack that's been discussed here.

Done. I also mentioned the importance of funding for rail transit and multi-modal capabilites for such a system. Also, a state budget issue threatening amtrak on the pittsburgh to harrisburgh segment (and the need to modernize these tracks and trains). I think we're going to loose the direct connection to Philly and will have to route via dc.
