Neville Construction?
It appears that there is going to be construction at the railroad crossing on Neville. Anybody have details about this?

Well, there's also a stack of railroad ties on the side of the road, and the pavement surrounding the tracks has been scored, as if it's going to removed. I was thinking some sort of work by the RR company....
