I really like doing a ride out to the Ben Avon coffee shop. It's a great weekend morning trip for me. Hope to check out the Coraopolis one sometime.

New Coffee Shop in Coraopolis trying to be bike friendly....
Many of you have stopped at the Anchor and Anvil Coffee Shop on Church Street in Ben Avon, the first such shop in the 15202 zip code to earn Bike Pittsburgh's Bike Friendly status.
The owner has opened a second shop, in the heart of downtown Coraopolis (1032 Fifth Avenue, across from the large bridge VFW sign.)
I spoke with him last weekend, and he laments that he is not yet fully "bike friendly" in that he has not yet been able to implement a decent bike parking solution (he's working on it.) But, if you stop in and mention you are a Bike Pittsburgh member, he will give you a price reduction.
And yes, the Ben Avon shop on Church Street remains open. And that shop has bike racks right outside the front windows!

Thanks for the tip! That's in my quadrant, I can get there without crossing any bridges or tunnels!
