old Fuji bike info?

I've resurrected my old Fuji Grand Tourer 12-Speed from the 80's and can't seem to find anywhere on the web that has detailed information about it? Year? Specs? I don't believe it dates back to the 70's because the shifters are on the neck instead of the bottom tube of the frame (if thats correct?) I mainly want to nail down the model year. THANKS!!!

The shifter setup is know as "stem shifters," and that doesn't specifically indicate an era— bikes have had them from the '70s (and earlier, I assume) to today. They do generally indicate a mid- to low-end bike, whereas higher end bikes generally had downtube shifters.
