I'll say it again. Snow under my tires is one of my very favorite sounds in the whole world.

pretty much nothing better:
today was a long day - I woke up at 2am, worked from 4am-2pm, and again from 4pm-8pm. Left work exhausted.
Riding up spring way, there was that usual little path of light snow from the area in between car tires, and the crunching sound of my tires against it was awesome. Refreshing, actually. Perked me up and got me ready for the day tomorrow.
And I used to hate winter

Yes. So nice. I go out of my way to ride a few hundred yards of snowy trail on my commute.
