Social media is showing downtown Millvale to have what appears to me a foot or more of water on its main streets. Best to avoid that area.
Lower McKnight Road (at Thompson Run) also covered by significant levels of water.
Fortunately, that latter location is not popular with cyclists.
This is posted mostly as a warning.....presume there might be water in low lying areas, and avoid areas of deep standing water. Yes, it might look like fun to ride through it, but you don't know what the murcky water might be hiding within it.

Yes. Penndot has route 28 off ramp blocked at Millvale. Sad.
More rain tonight...
Our area (fox chapel) is a mess. Debris everywhere. The winds really caused a lot of debris.

Small correction to my OP.
Babcock is flooded at Thompson Run. Lower McKnight is also flooded. (My original post jumbled these two locations into a single location.)
Many streets in Millvale still under water.

I stayed home on Thursday. All the pics I’ve seen are on my usual paths into town. Seeing that bus that got stuck in floodwaters gives me the creeps. Riders had to sit on the seatbacks to avoid getting their feet wet ON A BUS. That would be chest deep for a cyclist.
