i drove past this, looked like a great turnout

27 people, I think, total. And I think ~23 had never raced before. Mayhew and Steevo did a sweet job. Hopefully there will some new faces at the Oval on Tuesday nights.

For anyone that was at the clinic, or is interested in racing in general, please note that the Renfrew Ras race on 12 July 2009 will have an 8.5 mile citizens race. More details here. This may be your best opportunity to experience a race in a group of other novice racers (as opposed to having to race with cat 4/5 riders).
