Awesome. Noticeable slowing of traffic. They are not too visible though, just plain blacktop. I saw a few people launch the first one and then slow way down as though they hadn't seen it. Hopefully road markings and permanent signs go up ASAP.
Meade and many other streets could really use these. People use Meade to bypass Penn and it's become like a highway. It gets a lot of foot traffic because of the East End Food Co-op and could really use some calming measures.

If it comes to it, I would not mind if these extended through the bike lane. They're actually fun on a bike.

Jacob St. in Brookline and Melwood Ave. in Polish Hill. seem to have had speed humps installed as well.
Do the speed humps go the whole length of Beechwood Blvd.? They are especially needed by the off ramp from the Parkway. I also wouldn't mind some speed humps on Jancey St., Chislett St., and Baker St. in Morningside, 44th St., 45th St., Foster St., and Plummer St. in Lawrenceville.

I know melwood has had them for years. the beechwood ones just went in this week. those are located near the frick environmental center. it really keeps people from flying through the sharp curve near the intersection with darlington road. last winter some jag in a beamer overcooked it and slid across the oncoming lane almost wiping me out
