We have two bike racks for cars; they are free to a good home. The first is a two-bike rack that attaches to a car's trunk with straps. It is complete and works just fine, although it will scratch your car's paint over time. The second is a roof-style rack with two "cross bars" and two fork skewers. It clamps to the car's door jamb or drip rail. I am pretty sure that it is complete, but I haven't looked closely. Shoot me an email (jcm250b at juno dot com) if interested.
