I'm really curious to see if there is going to be any development of a bike trail along the railroad right of way in the strip being installed as these sites are being developed or if they are going to just be leaving a gap (see allegheny green blvd) or if they will be extending the riverfront trail further north towards lawrenceville.
Also, very interested in changes under the ft duq / 10 th st bypass ramp between the convention center and the point. I havn't really heard anything about what's being planned there.

Buildings will be built 95 foot off the water." 95 feet is nothing. My house lot is 125 ft. That's probably about the distance you have right off the hot metal bridge behind the AE building.
