They were out cleaning the Jail Trail behind the jersey barriers on 2nd St. They were working up the steps that lead to Bigelow St when I left. They did a great job on the trail. I did not ride the steps.

No, there will be a detour for a long, long time. The barriers Chris is talking about sort of connect the jail trail at the east end to junction hollow.
