The Eye of the Beholder
The PG photographer/caption writer for this photo (which I found on their website) identified this as a photo of a woman covering her head in the rain as she walked home to the North Side.
I see a very different subject in this photo. One I might want to know more about. Hope all four women in the photo made it home without the rain ruining their day.
