Hi, Lee! Sounds like a sweet ride!
The guy on the flat-black Cannondale
Hi, It wasn't long after I started riding to work from Squirrel Hill to Oakland that I realized something needed to be done about the viability of biking in Pittsburgh, so I joined Bike Pittsburgh.
I ride a black Cannondale Bad-Boy disc that I got at Pro-Bikes. That replaced the 2nd hand Walmart Mountain bike that replaced the 3rd hand Goodwill girl's bike, so naturally I'm ecstatic about my ride.
I think this is a great organization and that we really have a chance to make biking a real option in this city for the first time probably ever. Bring on $5 gasoline! I'm really frustrated by the noise, dirty air, and danger from so many cars on the road and would love to see dedicated bike streets and lanes, so that people would not literally be afraid for their lives to ride on the road.
Happy, safe, cycling and health to you all.
thanks for the kind words lee, i agree
