Kudos for:
1. Good music, album bought
2. Cycling inspiration. Road trips on two manual wheels are the best.
3. Inspiration for the video editing I'm doing this weekend.
Its a win-win all around, and those are some rad dudes.
The title here is a bit of a bait and switch.
I'm talking about a band. Acoustic band. "Americana".
I saw them in a house concert in Regent Square last night. No amplification, just the pure instruments and singing.
It's hard to describe just how good these guys are. A peak experience.
Coming back to this "Wheels" stuff:
In the midst of this great concert, they talked about a previous 7 day concert tour of Virginia BY BICYCLE! And an upcoming 10-day tour of Michigan by bike.
Regular readers here might guess tht excited me.

The top video is bike tour stuff.
"7 Shows in 7 days, 3 instruments, 2 bicycles, nearly 300 miles"
(Courtesy call for Lolly: you might want to check out their michgan tour for your trip to Detroit.)
I'll be getting more info on their upcoming Michigan bike tour dates. I understand they are working on a bike trailer for the upright bass
I talked to the guys. They seemed really happy to talk to a biker with Bike Busker aspirations.
Had i realized they bike toured, I would have spammed this board about the house concert pretty heavily.
Mick
PS I think they are BSing us. I think they use *aluminum alloy* wheels.
