I have two early 1960's City of Pittsburgh Bike Licenses. These came off a pair of bikes that were made in 1962. Has anyone ever heard of these? I will sell one and keep the other. They are aluminum bands that were arounf the head tubes of the bikes. I would love to hear of the history to these. Please send you offer through CL and I will get back to you.
Would be kind of cool piece of PGH Bike history to have.
