Okay, so I have the Tektro levers and V-brakes thing going on. What if I want to switch to mechanical discs? Can I use the long pull levers with those, or am I hosed again?

V-Brakes and Road Levers
I'm considering slapping some drop bars on my Redline Monocog, but I'm wondering if I can use standard road levers (Tektros) with the v-brakes. I've read some people insisting that you need a travel agent to help with cable pull, but then I've seen bikes that don't use anything, too.
Experiences? Thoughts? Opinions?

You *should* be able to transparently swap the v-brakes for mechanical disks...should be the same pull.
That's the theory, anyway.
