It's interesting that it lasts basically 8 months until someone steals the seat and seatpost, then it's like a month and the entire thing is gone.

When I see a locked bike with no seatpost and saddle, I assume the owner didn't want it to be stolen, but others might assume the bike is abandoned and free game. Thus, the deconstruction of the bike accelerates rather quickly.

It looks like the lock disappears at about day 210 - well before the seatpost and front wheel. Waht's that about?
