Westmoreland Heritage Trail
Just read that phase 3 of the WHT.should be completed in 2019 taking the trail from Trafford to Export.Just curious how they plan on crossing Route 66, from Export to Delmont, of phase 4?? Also any more information on the Turtle Creek Trail, supposedly going from Trafford to the GAP and possibly opening up theWestinghouse floodgate on Route 2183??Thanks.
