WTB: Large Touring Bike or 700c Touring Wheelset
I am planning on a camping ride to DC this summer on the trail and the wheels on my early 80's Trek just aren't up to the job (I'm too heavy, and I break spokes on my commute with only 10 lbs. on the back). Does anybody have a touring wheelset they are looking to sell? 130mm axle length maximum.
I also could be in the market for a used touring bike. 700c or 650b. Size L/XL or 60cm frame. Should be able to handle at least 37mm width tires.

1GearOnly, thanks for the suggestion. I called and was told they didn't really have anything like that. Most of their used stuff is on the cheaper end and old mountain bikes.

You know what is really strange? I stopped by there today at lunchtime for 10 minutes, while I was there somebody called and asked about wheels/touring bike and he said not really. After he got off the phone I said "I'll bet it was that person from the forum" lol. I did notice this Trek 7.5FX on my way out the door and took a quick photo for you...
