I've got a 2009 Trek X02 cyclocross bike that Im wanting to trade for a road bike of equal quality. The bike is an '09 52cm frame with under 1000 miles and 1 season of cyclocross racing. I swapped the SRAM groupo out for all 20spd Shimano Ultegra parts out of personal preference for the Shimano groupos. The bike also comes with two sets of wheels and three sets of tires. The first set of wheels is the stock Bontrager Race Lites with Bontrager Invert Select tires and the other is a set of Shimano R550 wheels with two sets of Jones CXR tires (one new set, one used). The bike does have some scratches and scuffs from the season of cross racing but nothing more than just some cosmetic blemishes. I'll also have new cables, grip tape and a fresh tune up on the bike before it's sold.

The bike was bought for $2700 new and purchased from a LBS back in Kansas. In April of this year Pro Bikes in Squirrel Hill appraised it for $2200 but I would sell it for $1500 obo. I've taken good care of the bike with regular maintenance, cleaning and adjustments, but Im looking for something new. Since moving I havent really used the bike for anything other than commuting in the city and leisurely rides so a road bike would better fit my needs. I am open to any and all brands in 50-54sm sizes but expect trades of something of similar quality and value. Would also entertain trades of a bike + cash on your end to make up for any differences.
