Yoga on Wheels, Sunday, August 30th
For the bendy-flexy types amongst us: local yoga studio Schoolhouse Yoga is offering a Yoga on Wheels workshop on Sunday, August 30th. They recommend pre-registration, and currently plan to cap it at 30 riders.
(Full disclosure: although she's not involved with this event, my wife teaches for Schoolhouse on a regular basis.)
