BIKE-PGH.ORG COMMUNITY CONTINUES TO GROW

It’s been only three weeks since the Bike-Pgh.org website was launched. During this time, the site has received hundreds of visitors, and the list of subcribers and volunteers continues to grow daily. Since the last issue of The Spokesman, the following areas have been added or updated: Safety and Awareness, News and Events, Community, and Links. If you haven’t been to the site lately, stop by and take a look. To visit Bike-Pgh.org, simply point your web browser to: http://www.bike-pgh.org.

Visitors may be kept up to date with issues of The Spokesman as well as announcements of events and opportunities to volunteer by subscribing the Bike-Pgh.org’s mailing list. Note: if you (as the reader of this message) have already subscribed, there is no need to do so again.

FREE CLASSIFIED ADS

Bike-Pgh.org is pleased to announce that FREE Classified Ads are now available! Sell your new or used equipment, purchase items, post or find job listings, etc. Why use the Pennysaver or eBay when you’ve got access to hundreds of local readers? In addition, you may post up to three photos of the item(s) that you’re selling. Photo size has been limited to 92K per photo to optimize web page loading time. If you’re going to post a photo, it should be in .JPG or .GIF format. Check it out!

WEBSITE CONTRIBUTIONS REQUESTED

Bike-Pgh.org is actively looking for contributions to the website. In particular, we’re looking for items to fill out our “News and Events” area as well as additional information for “Safety and Awareness”.
