Launch Fundraiser Party March 7

A Trips for Kids Pittsburgh chapter is well on the way to becoming a reality. The Pittsburgh chapter joins the more than 60 international chapters that “has opened the world of cycling to over 50,000 at-risk youth through mountain bike rides and Earn-A-Bike programs.”

The Pittsburgh Chapter will be hosting their first fundraiser and launch party at the Over the Bar (OTB) Bicycle Cafe in the South Side. The night will include a live acoustic set from Black Crash as well as prizes and a silent auction.

Trips for Kids Pittsburgh provides mountain bike outings to children who would not otherwise be exposed to such activities. Our outings create a positive, fun outdoor experience for children, while teaching lessons in healthy lifestyles, personal responsibility, and environmental awareness.
