The Great Allegheny Passage’s Riverton Bridge opened last year and connects McKeesport to Duquesne
Come celebrate these improvements to the Great Allegheny Passage
McKeesport Mayor James R. Brewster, The Redevelopment Authority of the City of McKeesport and the McKeesport Trail Commission cordially invite you to attend the Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony for the new McKeesport Trailhead and Water Street portion of the Great Allegheny Passage, part of the Pittsburgh to Washington DC Trail. There will also be the Ground Breaking for the Regional Trail Corporation’s 15th Street to 9th Avenue portion of the relocated Great Allegheny Passage.
The combined event is scheduled for Friday, April 30, 2010 at 12 Noon at the McKeesport Trailhead, located across from McKees Cafe, 501 Water Street, McKeesport PA.
