The “Green Wave” becomes permanent on SF’s Valencia St

• San Francisco made Valencia St’s innovative “Green Wave” signal re-timing, aimed at prioritizing bicycle traffic speeds, into a permanent treatment
• PennDOT announces the latest round of “Smart Transportation” Funds.  Allegheny County and the region will be seeing some multi-modal and bicycling improvements, including a major planning effort for the Strip District.
