OTB’s mini-BikeFest within BikeFest

The OTB Bike Cafe stepped it up this year for BikeFest. Five events are either starting at or taking place at the cyclist watering hole in the South Side, creating what they are calling the BikeFest Extravaganza.

Here’s the list of events:

• North Park Evening MTB Ride – Monday, Aug 15 6:30pm – Join us for an evening Mt Bike ride through North Park. All skill levels are welcome
• Major Taylor Cycling Club’s Wednesday at the OTB – Tues, Aug 17 7:00pm – Join the MTCC for a spirited round around the city.  Beers to follow.
• Black and Gold Sprints – Thurs, Aug 18 – 6:30pm – Pittsburgh’s original indoor roller racing. Featuring beer specials and awesome prizes
• Firkin Friday – Fri, Aug 19 – 6:00pm – Join us for an afternoon of great beer with a firkin of Pedal Pale Ale from the East End Brewing Company
• Movie Night – Sun, Aug 21 – 4:00pm – A relaxing evening of your favorite bicycle-themed films.  Popcorn too!

All events are at the OTB Bicycle Cafe, 2518 E Carson St, South Side
