The infamous Snakeguy will be leading party goers to the BikeFest party from the northshore trail.  If you are coming in from out of town, this is a great place to even park your car and even get a ride sociable ride in before partying down.   This easy mostly flat two mile ride will allow you to roll right up to the bicycle parking at the entrance to the party. We’ll experience different vantages of the Three Rivers Heritage Trail along the way. Photo opportunities will be available. Helmets are encouraged and lights will be necessary for your ride afterwards. Please note that you may be on your own to get back to the starting point. In the past, riders opted to leave at their discretion. FREE!

The local cycling organization, Flock of Cycles, has offered to help our party goers get home safely. They run several rides or “Flocks” per month, typically leaving from Dippy the Dinosaur at the Carnegie Museum. Flocking is even better with lights on! White and red blinkies can be kind of drab, so go crazy, decorate your bike with lights, and join Flock of Cycles for the 2nd Annual Flock with Lights! Just like the Flock of Cycles Party rides, Flock with Lights is a fun, all-inclusive, family-friendly, no-drop, slow-paced group bike ride. The route is planned to be as flat as possible and will hit most major neighborhoods to get BikeFest party-goers home with enhanced visibility. Helmets and blinky lights required. You will be asked to sign a release waiver, and rain cancels. FREE!
