Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh “Cycle for CLP” Challenge

The beautiful Lawrenceville Branch of the Carnegie Library System

Editor’s note: Reposting because libraries rule.  Especially the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh.

50 miles. 3 bridges. 3 big hills. 19 stops at Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh locations

Lou Testoni, Chair of the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh Board of Trustees and avid cyclist, has issued a challenge to all Library supporters. If Lou and other city cyclists can raise $15,000 in September, Lou will lead a 50 mile “Cycle for CLP” bike ride that stops at all 19 Library locations across the city.

The ride will take place on October 1, but they need your help to make it happen! Make a donation today to support Our Library, Our Future—and to guarantee that the Chair of the Board takes this epic bike ride across the city. With your support we can hop on our bikes for 50 miles and continue to spread the word about the importance of voting YES for Library funding this November.

Make a $20 or even $2 donation today https://support.carnegielibrary.org/ourlibraryourfuture.

With your support we can stress the importance of voting YES for Library funding this November!
