Riders are required to wear a helmet. Ride levels are advanced beginner and above (No true beginners please). All ages welcome. Depending on your level, we will ride 1-3 hours. If you run out of energy, someone can help direct you back to your car. Rides will start about ½ hour after the meeting times.
