Envision Downtown aims to enliven the Golden Triangle

Scott Bricker, Bike Pittsburgh’s fearless leader, has been named to the 25-member group of individuals chosen to help advise the city on improving the mobility, accessibility, and livability of Downtown Pittsburgh. The advisory board is made up of local politicians and corporate and nonprofit leaders and will be headed by Bill Demchak, president and CEO of PNC Financial Group.

The Envision Downtown project was first announced in March by Mayor Bill Peduto at the at the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership annual meeting. It’s a public-private partnership that plans to engage more than 110 organizations and engage the public through a series of public meetings. We’re excited to be a part of it all.
