Candlelight Vigil in Honor of Susan Hicks

Around 5:00 p.m. on October 24th, Susan Hicks was struck and killed while riding a bicycle in Oakland. Community members will gather on Saturday at 5:00 p.m. to honor her memory and join together to advocate for safer streets for all who use them. The vigil will be held at the intersection of Forbes and Bellefield in Oakland.
