Petition in Response to Loss of Susan Hicks Garners 2,5000 Signatures in Just 4 Days

Just hours after hearing the death of Susan Hicks, Pitt student Greg Dornseif sprang into action creating a heartfelt petition to bring bike lanes the Fifth/Forbes corridor bordering Pitt’s campus.

We’re proud to have been able to amplify Greg’s voice and aid in the call for signatures.

On Thursday, October 29th all three petition targets – the chancellor of the University of Pittsburgh, Mayor Bill Peduto, and the executive of PennDOT District 11 – received the names of all 2,500 concerned individuals united in their call for for a safer Fifth Forbes corridor. Thank you to all who signed!

Now we must work together to see this through.
