VOLUNTEER FOR THE BIKE/PED COUNT

The City of Pittsburgh is leading fall bicycle and pedestrian counts and they need your help! City officials will use this data to make vital infrastructure decisions based on current usage rather than crash data. If you participated in the first count, you’re probably a professional person-counter so this should be a breeze. If not, you’ll be ready to #CountPGH after a quick 1-hour volunteer orientation.

Sign up here to #CountPGH!

Timeslot A: Wednesday, September 28th 7 – 9 am
Timeslot B: Wednesday, September 28th 4 – 6 pm
Timeslot C: Saturday, October 1st 10 am – 12 pm

Volunteer Orientation: Tuesday, September 27th 6 – 7 pm at the BikePGH Office 188 43rd St. #1 Pittsburgh, PA 15201

Once you sign up, you will receive a confirmation email with your count times and instructions. Contact Sarah at volunteer@bikepgh.org with any questions.

Help us spread the word! Many volunteers are needed, so use the hashtag #CountPGH to document your experiences and get your community involved.
