Hey All, it’s Almost Summer!
School will be ending, students will be graduating and going to college or starting high school and it is all happening so fast. In light of life moving so fast for all of us we felt this was a great time to get all of Positive Spin Alumni and friends to get together and slow down with a Positive Spin Alumni and Friends Slow Roll.
Also as an added bonus the first 10 Alumni to RSVP at PositiveSpin@bikepgh.org will receive a free fleet bike and lock for completing the program. So please RSVP and sign your friends and family up to join us for an awesome day out with Positive Spin.

Happy Birthday!
If you didn’t know our Positive Spin youth cycling program is coming up on it’s 9th birthday since it’s birth at MGR Youth Empowerment (FKA MGR Foundation) back in 2010. That is eight years of hard work, consistent growth, reshaping and implementation, and more importantly 8 consistent years of youth engagement and education throughout Pittsburgh.
Many students have graduated from the program since the beginning, spreading their knowledge on bike safety, civic engagement, bike repair, and so much more. What better time than now to bring in alumni and friends, current students, and new partners together for a slow roll to share experiences, stories, and the road to celebrate so many years of Positive Spinning to come.
Here is a quick look at the route
We’ll line up to ride at 10:30 AM and head to Highland Park! The approximate distance is 6 miles total.
