Want to learn about new bike lanes and exciting projects that are in-the-works for 2021? Join us on Thursday, December 3rd, for the Annual Members Meeting. Get up-to-date on our projects and work in 2020 and get a preview of things to come.

We’ll follow the presentations with a Q&A session, where Executive Director Scott Bricker and City official Cassandra Leopold will field your questions as we look ahead to the new year.

The Annual Members Meeting is for Bike Pittsburgh members only. It’s easy to join, and you can even do it when you RSVP for this event.

Meet Cassandra Leopold

Cassandra is the Principal Planner for the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure (DOMI) at the City of Pittsburgh. After joining DOMI in 2020, Cassandra focused on leading the city’s Move Forward PGH campaign, working alongside partners from Healthy Ride and BikePGH. Additionally, she has helped finalize the 2020 Bike (+) Plan, the Pedestrian Safety Action Plan, and is working with Toole Design Group in editing the Complete Street Design Guide. 

Previously, Cassandra has served as the Multimodal Planner and Transit Liaison for the Wisconsin DOT Southeast Region and worked with the Multimodal Unit of the City of Milwaukee’s Department of Public Works. Cassandra holds a Masters Degree in Urban Planning and a Bachelor of Arts in Photography and Mixed Media from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
