Light the Way to Safer Pittsburgh Streets

We often hear from people who bike in Pittsburgh that one of their biggest fears is not being seen by drivers. That anxiety is even more pronounced at night.

Our free bike light program, Operation Illumination, helps people stay safe on Pittsburgh’s streets no matter when they’re riding. This year, we expanded the program, providing over 400 light sets, helmets, and bike locks to those in need.
