Share Your Feedback on the top 10 Corridors ID’ed for Safety Improvements
The Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission (SPC), in partnership with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), Allegheny County, and the City of Pittsburgh, is advancing its Vision Zero commitment to eliminate traffic deaths and serious injuries on all roads in Allegheny County.
As part of this effort, SPC and its partners have identified 10 key corridors across Allegheny County where roadway safety can be improved—and now they need your input to help prioritize next steps. The Top 10 Corridors were identified through data analysis, crash trends, and community input. These locations have the highest potential to reduce severe crashes and improve safety for all travelers. Corridors not selected may already have planned or scheduled improvements underway.
Your feedback will help shape strategies to make our roads safer for everyone, whether you drive, bike, walk, or ride transit.
