Alexander is co-founder and Chief Science Officer at Rhabit Analytics, where he implements projects, advises clients on HR matters, and translates data into insight and action. Alexander is an industrial/organizational psychologist by training and uses this background to help companies develop empathetic and effective leaders.

Alexander grew up in Germany and assumed that riding a bike (almost) everywhere was completely normal and unusual. There he experienced firsthand how bike and pedestrian-friendly cities can be more equitable and provide a tremendous quality of life. In 2021 he moved from the suburbs into the city of Pittsburgh to live in a more walkable and bike-friendly environment. He can be seen on an orange cargo bike hauling kids our groceries through the East End.
