Car Free Fridays is a joint project developed and coordinated by BikePGH in collaboration with the Airport Corridor Transportation Authority, the City of Pittsburgh, CommuteInfo, Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, Oakland Transportation Management Association,  Port Authority, Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership, and Zipcar.
