Leases available for the “Premium” fenced in area of the 3rd Ave garage

Leases are available for the premium bike parking inside the Parking Authorities’ 3rd Avenue Garage, located near Market Square.

An annual season costs $100 per year. Leaseholders will receive a key card ($25 refundable deposit required) to access the magnetically locked gate into the fenced in area filled with bike racks.  The area also contains lockers, where you can store your helmet, shoes, or other small items (you must bring your own lock).

The space is well-lit and directly outside of the guard’s office. There are also a pair of bathrooms if you need to change before work.

Also on site is a Fix-it station with tools for emergency repairs and a pump, as well as a number of free bike racks on top of a brightly colored “space invaders” tile design.
