I swim at the Bath House.
When folks are parked on that sidewalk, nine times out of ten it’s Public Works folks.
Don’t blame your average driver — *they’d* get ticketed. Blame The City of Pittsburgh Public Works Department. *They’re* the ones the rules don’t apply to.
