Holly Douglas has over 25 years of experience in environmental and safety management across various sectors including consulting, oil and gas, waste, and manufacturing. She specializes in assessments, permitting (air/water/waste), compliance, and training. Notably, she has successfully managed permitting and compliance for air permits in Pennsylvania and West Virginia, as well as waste stream permitting and landfill expansions. Holly is also an accomplished trainer, having taught courses at the Community College of Allegheny County and holding positions as an OSHA Authorized Construction Trainer and a National Green Infrastructure Certification Program Trainer. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, a Master’s degree in Safety Management, and an Executive MBA. Currently, she serves on multiple boards and committees, including as Chairperson of the Southwestern Pennsylvania Engineering Outreach and the Bible Center Church Finance Committee. Holly is a key member of the executive team at Cosmos Technologies, Inc., an engineering consulting firm, where she works alongside her husband, Frederick Douglas, the company’s founder. Holly is also one of the original members of the Major Taylor Cycling Club leading the first youth trip from Maryland to Pittsburgh.
